Bad Parents

So ya, it really has been what... almost 7 months since the last post. I know...horrible parents. Well let us redeem ourselves by saying we've raised Milo to be a great and powerful super hero. Ashley has helped him master what dad liked to call 'mind games.' Just when you think you've outwitted him, he uses his mind bullets to strike you down to keep you on your common and far from super hero-like status. Don't be fooled though, this wonderboy does not appear so powerful to the untrained eye. Mom and Dad have worked painstaking hours to identify his tell tail signs (I don't think that's spelled right but go with it). Sign 1: the baby Monkey. The baby Monkey is a high pitched, monkey swinging from a branch and screaming at you right before he throws his own you know what...screech. I'm not joking, you can ask our next door neighbors, the sound pierces even walls. Them or the entire congregation at church. If you've ever wondered what it's like to sit in church with a screeching monkey, come on over to the Farmington Crossing Branch and have a taste. Alright, there are many more signs, but this post is getting really long. But seriously, our little wonderboy is growing up to be a good little man. His favorite things are his cousins, or any baby for that matter. They're pretty freaked out by his monkey-like traits. His other favorites things are anything that fits into his little mouth, including air freshener wall plug-ins, and his binky (if he sucks that thing any harder we're going to have to have it surgically removed). We love our little man, he's is the coolest kid on the block, next to his cousin Eliana. Milo's a close second though. Sorry for the 7 month delay, Ash might need to take over the blogging. Dad is going to have his hands full teaching young Milo new and cutting edge techniques...like sweeping the leg, or the head butt, without hurting your own head. Talk to you soon.

My children are turning into prolific writers with this blog format thing. I knew you all could write, but wow. Write more--that stuff about the screech is hilarious. And though I will never have a blog of my own, I will enjoy reading yours.
